Breathe your way to calm: Simple exercises for anxiety and panic attacks

Feeling overwhelmed? Try these breathing exercises to help calm your mind and body:

 

Inhale for 4 seconds

Hold for 4 seconds

Exhale for 4 seconds

Repeat 3-5 times

 

Focus on your breath.  These exercises can help calm your nervous system and reduce symptoms.
